The Parmigiano Reggiano from Boni at the world dinner of the century

At the Celebrity Fight Night, organized last September in Rome by the chef association Euro-Toques, the only one recognized in Europe with President Mr. Enrico Derflingher, the iconic Parmigiano Reggiano was the 24 months cheese from Boni S. p.A. in Torrile, near Parma. An extraordinary mix of high cuisine, great show and international stars in the charity event organized by the Andrea Bocelli Foundation and the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center.

The Euro-Toques chefs cooking in Rome for the 4th Celebrity Fight Night, lead by their president Mr Enrico Derflingher, have enlighted the “Made in Italy”. After the dinner a great concert, live on the Italian tv, was held inside the Colosseum and with the greatest music international stars: Andrea Bocelli was the leader and ,among the others, Sir Elton John, the Aerosmith’s voice and Mr David Foster, were his faboulous sides.

The charity event collected money,as usual, to support the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center and the Andrea Bocelli Foundation; the opera singer was the protagonist and main voice for the whole evening, contribuiting to do justice to the made in Italy style as the Euro-Toques Italian chefs did through their cuisine.
Among the guests there were famous names of the international jet set: from Sir Elton John with his inimitable voice to Mr Bocelli, from Mr Antonio Banderas with his latin appeal to Ms Sharon Stone and her unforgettable beauty. Near them, Mr. Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), Mrs. Sophia Loren, Mr Carlos Slim, her princess Haya Bint al Hussein, Mr Michael Radford, Ms Bo Derek, Mr John Corbett, Ms Jacklyn Smith, Ms Katie Couric, Mrs Luisa Ranieri, Mr Luca Zingaretti, just to name some.

To cook for them and other guests at Palazzo Doria Pamphili in Rome, there was the association of chefs – the only one recognzied by the EU – Euro-Toques Italy: leader of the association and he himself cooking Mr Enrico Derflingher, President of the Italian and Euro-Toques International delegation; with him Mr Claudio Ceriotti, vicepresident of the association (Koiné Restaurant in Legnano), the Michelin star Mr Gianni Tarabini (La Preséf di Mantello, So), the two stars Mr Sandro and Maurizio Serva (La Trota di Rivodutri, Ri), Mr Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini, two Michelin stars from Milan (Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, Milano), and Mr. Niko Sinisgalli (Tazio Boscolo Exedra, Roma).
