An international bond built on quality

A prestigious visit recently brought an official delegation from Thailand to BONI SpA, led by Prime Minister Shretta Tavisin, accompanied by advisors and ambassadors.
The purpose of the visit was to explore up close the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO at one of the largest companies in the sector, and to strengthen potential collaborations in the fields of food innovation and Italian excellence.

A recognition of BONI’s production excellence

Welcoming an international institutional figure such as the Prime Minister of Thailand represents an important acknowledgment for BONI SpA and its ongoing commitment to promoting the excellence of Italian agri-food production worldwide. During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to observe the entire Parmigiano Reggiano production process, from milk processing to aging, and to witness firsthand the precision, care, and passion that have defined the company’s work for over a century.

The Thai representatives expressed great interest in BONI’s integrated supply chain model, from agricultural production to packaging, recognizing it as a valuable example of balance between tradition, technology, and sustainability.

A dialogue between Italy and Thailand in the name of quality

The meeting also served as an opportunity to discuss future prospects for international collaboration between the two countries in the agri-food sector and in promoting Made in Italy excellence across Southeast Asia.

Thailand is now an emerging market of great interest for BONI SpA, where appreciation for Italian PDO cheeses and high-quality food products continues to grow steadily.
The visit of the Prime Minister is part of a long-standing relationship that reflects the company’s strong reputation and international standing within the Parmigiano Reggiano industry.

“We were honored to welcome Prime Minister Shretta Tavisin and the Thai delegation to our headquarters.
It was a moment of great human and professional value, confirming that quality and passion can become a shared language between different cultures and nations.”
