The dairy supply chain includes all the stages that lead from milk to the finished product: farming, milk collection, dairy production, aging, packaging, and distribution. In BONI’s case, the supply chain is particularly important for Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, which is produced in its own dairies and managed through to commercialization.
