The recepy of spaghetti alla carbonara


Cook the spaghetti "al dente" because you will have to pass them in the pan again at the end. While the pasta is cooking, fry the bacon in a pan with oil in order for the fat to melt.
Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper and grated cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano Boni).
Rinse the pasta very well and pour it in the pan, then add the eggs.
Mix everything very well on a low fire and make sure that the egg heats up but does not cook completely otherwise it would get dried.
Serve immediately.
