The recepy of Pizza with Parmigiano, Parma ham and basel

PREPARATION

Pre-heat the oven at 225° C.
Prepare the dough for the pizza following the instructions on the package and lay it in order to create a thin rounded base.
Place it on a baking tray and lay tomato sauce on it.
Stuff the pizza with cherry tomatoes, little spoon of mascarpone and a pinch of basel leaves.
Cover it with flakes of grated Parmigiano Reggiano Boni.

COOKING

Bake it in the oven for 12-15 minute till the dough is completely cooked. Stuff it with rocket and basel, add a bit of olive oil, Parma ham and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano Boni.

SEASONING

Top it with rocket and basel, add a bit of olive oil, Parma ham and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano Boni.
