The recipes of beef steak with Parmigiano Reggiano flakes and Balsamic Vinegar.

PREPARATION

Heat up an iron pan and sprinkle it with a pinch of sea salt. When hot , lay the meat and let it cook for 5 minutes each side (the cooking varies according to personal taste) . Once cooked, cut it in slices of 2 cm. Garnish with rocket , fresh cherry tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano Boni flakes. Season with extra virgin oil, traditional balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
