Boni Inc. produces GMO Free and PDO Parmigiano Reggiano; we guarantee a strict quality control on the whole production process, from the breeding of our cows to the sale of the products.
Our farm covers an area of 350 hectares, where 1200 Friesian cows are bred and fed only on selected forages, in order to produce high-quality milk.
In Boni’s plants (50000 covered square metres) the milk is processed in the cheese factory, with a production of 150 cheeses daily; then the cheese is matured in our seasoning rooms, which have a total capacity of 150000 wheels; finally, the cheese is packaged and sent across Italy and to the rest of the world, for a global sale that reaches 11 million kilograms each year. |
